Trước mắt có 03 Nhà máy, quan tâm hỗ trợ các doanh nghiệp này đầu tư chiều sâu, tăng hiệu quả sản xuất kinh doanh. (2) Chủ trương chính sách bằng nguồn ngân sách địa phương cho phát triển nguyên liệu;
