Nhà sản xuất, xuất khẩu được lựa chọn (Selected Parties)
Nhà sản xuất, xuất khẩu được lựa chọn là các bên liên quan được cơ quan điều tra lựa chọn để tham gia điều tra bắt buộc. Việc lựa chọn này chỉ thực hiện khi có quá nhiều các nhà sản xuất, xuất khẩu liên quan khiến cho việc điều tra không thể thực hiện được với tất cả và phải hạn chế ở một số lượng nhất định. Việc lựa chọn được thực hiện hoặc bằng cách chọn mẫu ngẫu nhiên, hoặc bằng cách chọn các nhà sản xuất, xuất khẩu có lượng sản phẩm lớn. Các nhà sản xuất, xuất khẩu được lựa chọn sẽ được hưởng biên phá giá riêng. Các nhà sản xuất, xuất khẩu không được lựa chọn sẽ bị áp một biên phá giá chung bằng bình quân gia quyền biên phá giá của các nhà sản xuất, xuất khẩu được lựa chọn (trừ khi họ có đề nghị tính biên phá giá riêng và đã tự nguyện trả lời bảng hỏi); các nhà sản xuất - xuất khẩu không hợp tác sẽ bị áp biên phá giá cao nhất trong số các biên phá giá riêng lẻ.
Nhà xuất khẩu mới (New Exporter)
Nhà xuất khẩu mới là nhà sản xuất - xuất khẩu nước ngoài không nhập khẩu hàng vào nước nhập khẩu trong giai đoạn điều tra và không có mối quan hệ phụ thuộc với các nhà sản xuất - xuất khẩu bị điều tra trong vụ việc chống bán phá giá. Nước nhập khẩu (Importing Country)

Nước xuất khẩu (Exporting Country)

Trường hợp sản phẩm không được xuất khẩu trực tiếp từ nước sản xuất sang nước nhập khẩu mà xuất sang nước trung gian rồi mới lại được xuất tiếp sang nước nhập khẩu thì nước xuất khẩu là nước cuối cùng mà từ đó sản phẩm được xuất khẩu sang nước nhập khẩu. Trường hợp sản phẩm chỉ được trung chuyển qua một nước khác (chỉ chuyển qua cảng) hoặc nước trung gian không sản xuất sản phẩm tương tự với sản phẩm đó thì nước xuất khẩu vẫn là nước nơi sản xuất ra sản phẩm.
