Tôi có nhận được lá thư từ bà thông báo về việc liên hệ với sở Di Trú hỏi về thẻ lao động của tôi theo đó họ cho biết tiến trình xử lý là 90 ngày trở lên.
Thưa bà, tôi đã đi xin việc tại rất nhiều công ty dù đã đạt tiêu chuẩn nhận việc làm thế nhưng do không có thẻ làm việc cho nên tôi bị từ chối và đang trong tình trạng dưới ngưỡng đói nghèo nghiêm trọng vì không được phép làm việc.
Tôi đã gọi cho Uscis hôm nay và họ sau cũng không biết chính xác về hồ sơ của tôi và cho biết có thể chờ thêm 1 tháng nữa!
Tôi sẽ làm gì để tồn tại ở Hợp Chủng Quốc Hoa Kỳ khi không có việc làm trên 3 tháng nay và sẽ tiếp tục với một viễn cảnh không khả quan?
Vì thế, mong rằng bà sẽ không phiền can thiệp để cho tôi có thể được đi làm trong thời gian sớm nhất

Ma'am, I have to beg at many companies despite qualifies for the job but because there is no work so my card was declined and are in a state of severe poverty below the threshold for not being allowed to work.
I called for USCIS later today and they also do not know exactly about my record and said that can wait one more month!
