Dự án được chấp Thuận cũng sẽ góp phần thực hiện Văn kiện dự án "kế hoạch hành động năng lượng tái tạo" của Bộ công thương thông qua việc phát triển khí sinh học và năng lượng mặt trời như một nguồn năng lượng hiệu quả trong sinh hoạt cung cấp cho khi vực nông thôn và miền núi. Dự án cũng phù hợp với chính sách phát triển nông thôn giai đoạn 2006-2015 của chính phủ và kế hoạch phát triển kinh tế -xã hội của tỉnh thừa Thiên Huế giai đoạn 2011-2015

The approved projects will also contribute to the implementation of the project document "action plan of renewable energy" of the industry through the development of biogas and solar energy as a source of energy efficiency in the activities provided for rural and mountainous area. The project fits well with the rural development policy for the 2006-2015 period and Government's socio-economic development plan of Thua Thien Hue province stage 2011-2015
