Là đồ uống có cồn, độ rượu không dưới 15% theo thể tích. Sản phẩm thu được từ một trong các quá trình sau:
- Chưng cất các sản phẩm lên men tự nhiên (có thể bổ sung hoặc không bổ sung hương liệu);
- Bổ sung hương liệu, đường hoặc các sản phẩm tạo ngọt khác (mật ong, siro quả, các carbohydrat tự nhiên có vị ngọt) vào cồn thực phẩm hoặc các loại rượu thuộc nhóm mạnh
- Phối trộn một hoặc nhiều loại rượu mạnh với nhau và/hoặc với cồn thực phẩm và/hoặc đồ uống khác

- Additional flavorings, sugar or other sweetener products ( honey, syrup fruit, the sweet taste of natural carbohydrates) into food-grade alcohol or liquor strong group
- Mixing one or many spirits together and / or with food-grade alcohol and / or other drinks
