Sau khi doanh nghiệp đi vào hoạt động,trong thời hạn ba mươi (30) ngày kể từ ngày ký kết hợp đồng lao động với người lao động, doanh nghiệp có nghĩa vụ liên hệ với Cơ quan Bảo Hiểm Xã Hội (BHXH) cấp Quận nơi doanh nghiệp đặt trụ sở chính để thực hiện thủ tục đăng ký bảo hiểm xã hội.
