Chúng tôi rất cám ơn Quý Cty đã dành sự quan tâm đối với dự án của Chúng tôi. Thành thật xin lỗi Quý Cty vì sự phản hồi chậm trễ này. Chúng tôi xin được trả lời các vấn đề liên quan đến dự án 408A Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai, Phường 5, Quận 3 như sau:
1/ Trước tiên, Chúng tôi sẽ cung cấp cho Quý Cty bản vẽ thiết kế xây dựng của dự án.
2/ Đối với việc thuê:
Bên thuê (gọi tắt là Bên A):
Bên cho thuê (gọi tắt là Bên B):
- Hợp đồng thuê: Thời gian 50 năm.
- Giá tiền thuê: 50.000.000.000 VNĐ.
- Phương thức thanh toán: Chia làm 3 đợt
Đợt 1: Bên A cọc 10% trên tổng giá trị hợp đồng cho Bên B.
Đợt 2: Ngay tại thời điểm hai bên tiến hành ký kết hợp đồng công chứng chuyển nhương quyền SDĐ tại cơ quan công chứng, Bên A thanh toán tiếp cho Bên B 85% giá trị hợp đồng.
Đợt 3: Thanh toán dứt điểm 5% còn lại, sau khi giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất được cập nhật tên cho Bên B.
- Hình thức thanh toán: Chuyển khoản.
3/ Về phần bản vẽ xin phép xây dựng:
Sau khi, Quý công ty đã xem qua bản vẽ xin phép xây dựng. Trường hợp nếu Quý Cty muốn có bất kỳ sự thay đổi nào về bản vẽ xin phép xây dựng. Chúng tôi sẽ hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm và thực hiện miễn phí việc thay đổi, dựa trên chỉ tiêu theo qui hoạch của nhà nước.
4/ Về phần xây dựng:
Nếu Quý Cty có ý định muốn cùng hợp tác giao cho chúng tôi phụ trách. Chúng tôi mong muốn có một buỗi trực tiếp trao đổi cụ thể hơn về việc này.

Vui lòng chúng tôi biết nếu có bất cứ thông tin phản hồi nào hoặc có điều gì Quý Cty chưa hiểu.
