NGÀY 1: TP HCM - TIỀN GIANG – BẾN TRE - CẦN THƠ
- Buổi sáng: 8h, Anh Đức Sài Gòn Tourist đón Quý khách tại điểm hẹn, bắt đầu chuyến du lịch Miền Tây. Trên đường đi sẽ ghé ăn sáng.
- Đến Mỹ Tho (Tiền Giang), Quý khách tham quan chùa Vĩnh Tràng - ngôi chùa nổi tiếng ở Nam Bộ. 
- Quý khách lên thuyền lớn tham quan những bè nuôi cá nổi trên sông Cửu Long, tìm hiểu nghề nuôi cá của dân địa phương. Thuyền đi ngang qua cầu Rạch Miễu - cây cầu dây văng nối liền 2 tỉnh Tiền Giang và Bến Tre.
- Đến cù lao Thới Sơn (cồn Lân) du khách ghé thăm trang trại nuôi ong mật, thưởng thức trà mật ong chanh, sau đó tản bộ trên đường làng, tham quan tìm hiểu cuộc sống của người dân địa phương, vườn cây ăn trái, thưởng thức các loại trái cây theo mùa và nghe đờn ca tài tử Nam Bộ.
- Quý khách sẽ được trải nghiệm hương vị của miền tây khi ngồi trên xuồng chèo ba lá len lỏi vào rạch nhỏ ngắm nhìn 2 hàng dừa nước thiên nhiên và phong cảnh đơn sơ của miệt vườn.
- Buổi trưa: Xuôi theo Sông Tiền, đoàn đến Bến Tre, dùng cơm trưa tại nhà hàng, thưởng thức các món ăn đặc sản miền tây sông nước.

- Sau bữa ăn trưa, Quý khách có thời gian nghỉ ngơi 
- Đoàn di chuyển lên xe ngựa đi thăm đường làng xã Tân Thạch để du khách ngắm nhìn những vườn cây ăn trái và cuộc sống bình dị của người dân xứ dừa. Ghé tham quan và tìm hiểu lò kẹo dừa - đặc sản của Bến Tre.
- Đoàn tiếp tục hành trình đi Cần Thơ, nhận phòng khách sạn nghỉ ngơi.
- Buổi tối: Dùng cơm tại nhà hàng, tự do nghỉ ngơi, khám phá Tp Cần Thơ về đêm, đi dạo bến Ninh Kiều, chợ đêm Cần Thơ hoặc uống café trên du thuyền Bến Ninh Kiều, nghe đờn ca tài tử.         

NGÀY 2:  CẦN THƠ – SÓC TRĂNG – BẠC LIÊU
- 6h30: Quý khách dùng điểm tâm sáng, làm thủ tục trả phòng. 
- Đoàn đi Bạc Liêu. Trên đường đi, Qúy khách ghé tham quan các ngôi chùa mang đậm dấu kiến trúc của người dân tộc Khmer tại Sóc Trăng:
      + Chùa Bửu Sơn (chùa Đất Sét): kiến trúc độc nhất vô nhị với hơn 1.000 pho tượng Phật và các linh vật lớn nhỏ bằng đất sét, đặc biệt có 04 cây nến khổng lồ cháy được 100 năm.
       + Chùa Mã Tộc (chùa Dơi): là nơi trú ẩn của rất nhiều con dơi, một trong những ngôi chùa cổ mang đậm phong cách kiến trúc của người Khmer ở Sóc Trăng.
- Ghé cơ sở sản xuất bánh Pía – đặc sản tỉnh Bến Tre, tham quan tìm hiểu quy trình sản xuất bánh Pía.
- Đoàn dùng cơm trưa, nghỉ ngơi. Sau đó tiếp tục hành trình đi Bạc Liêu.
- Buổi chiều: Đến Bạc Liêu, ghé tham quan:
     + Nhà công tử Bạc Liêu – ngôi biệt thự theo kiểu Pháp của vị công tử nổi tiếng nhất Miền Nam những năm 1930 – 1940 với những giai thoại “đốt tiền như giấy”.
      + Thăm quan Nhà Thờ Tắc Sậy – cụm kiến trúc uy nghi đường bệ, là nơi an nghỉ của linh mục Trương Bửu Diệp, vị cha xứ được nhiều người biết đến với lòng sùng mộ.
- Đoàn về khách sạn, nhận phòng, nghỉ ngơi.
- Buổi tối: Qúy khách dùng cơm tối với các món ăn đặc sản, tự do tham quan tìm hiểu Bạc Liêu về đêm.    
NGÀY 3: BẠC LIÊU- CÀ MAU – KHU DU LỊCH ĐẤT MŨI      
- 6h30: Qúy khách dùng điểm tâm sáng. Đoàn tiếp tục hành trình đi thị trấn Năm Căn - cực Nam Tổ Quốc ở Cà Mau. 
- Đến thị trấn Năm Căn, Qúy khách thay đổi phương tiện đi tham quan KDL Đất Mũi Cà Mau bằng cano.
- Tại đây, Quý khách sẽ được:
      + Chụp hình lưu niệm tại cột mốc tọa độ Quốc gia GPS 0001 – Biểu tượng của Mũi Cà Mau, 
      + Chinh phục Vọng Hải Đài cao 20,5m, ngắm nhìn toàn cảnh Mũi Cà Mau, hệ sinh thái rừng ngập mặn, vườn quốc gia Mũi Cà Mau, Khu dự trữ sinh quyển thế giới. 
- Qúy khách dùng cơm trưa tại nhà hàng Công Đoàn Mũi Cà Mau, thưởng thức các loại hải sản đặc trưng nơi đất mũi như: Vọp, ốc len xào dừa, cá thòi lòi nướng muối ớt, cá nâu ….
- Qúy khách tự do mua sắm đặc sản, các loại khô: cá sặc bổi, cá thòi lòi, cá dứa…tại Đất Mũi.
- Qúy khách ra bến tàu về lại TT.Năm Căn.
- Đoàn về khách sạn nhận phòng nghỉ ngơi.    
NGÀY 4: CÀ MAU- CẦN THƠ    
- 6h30: Quý khách dùng điểm tâm sáng tại khách sạn. Đoàn tiếp tục về Cần Thơ
- Đến Cần Thơ, Quý khách đi tàu tham quan chợ nổi Cái Răng - chợ nổi lớn, điểm tham quan đặc sắc của Cần Thơ, xem cảnh buôn bán tấp nập trên sông – một nét đặc trưng của chợ miền sông nước.
- Sau đó thuyền đưa Quý khách tham quan vườn trái cây Út Hiền, lò sản xuất hủ tiếu, thưởng thức các món ăn đặc sản.
