Giá nhà ở Séc tăng mạnh trong 2 năm qua

Trong 2 năm trở lại đây, giá căn hộ tại thủ đô Praha của CH Séc đã tăng 13%.

Phóng viên TTXVN tại Praha dẫn số liệu khảo sát do công ty tư vấn và kiểm toán Deloitte tiến hành, cho thấy trong tháng 3 và tháng 4 năm 2016, giá trung bình 1m2 căn hộ tại Praha là 73.500 koruna (2.722 euro).

Trong cùng kỳ này có 1.241 căn hộ mới được rao bán trên thị trường bất động sản Praha.

Theo khảo sát trên, nhà ở tại quận Praha 1 đắt đỏ nhất với giá trung bình 1m2 là 139.600 koruna (5.170 euro), trong khi căn hộ tại quận Praha 9 rẻ nhất với giá trung bình là 58.200 koruna (2.155 euro)/1m2.

Khảo sát cũng cho thấy, trong những tháng mùa Xuân sự sụt giảm lượng cung trong phân khúc bán căn hộ mới được ghi nhận rõ ràng trên thị trường bất động sản, kéo theo sự gia tăng mất cân đối cung cầu.

Theo ông Miroslav Linhart, thuộc hãng bất động sản Deloitte, sự thiếu hụt căn hộ được cảm nhận rõ rệt trong nửa đầu năm nay.

So với cùng kỳ năm ngoái, hiện nay trên thị trường bất động sản còn thiếu gần 1.400 căn hộ, đồng nghĩa với lượng cung đã giảm gần 22%.
