Điều 30: Hình thức khiển trách bằng miệng hoặc bằng văn bản được áp dụng đối với những hành vi vi phạm sau:
1. Đi trể, về sớm (không có lý do chính đáng) đã bị ghi tên đến lần thứ 2 trong tháng.
2. Không sử dụng đầy đủ bảo hộ lao động đã được Công ty trang bị dù đã được nhắc nhở đến lần thứ 2.
3. Tự ý rời vị trí làm việc không có lý do chính đáng.
4. Tụ tập nói chuyện riêng từ 2 người trở lên hoặc tổ chức hội họp trái phép trong Công ty.
5. Nghỉ làm việc không xin phép và không có lý do chính đáng từ 1 ngày công trở lên trong tháng.
6. Tổ chức, tham gia, cổ vũ các hình thức cờ bạc, cá cược trong phạm vi Công ty.
