Trả hàng:

1. Mỗi đơn hàng chỉ có 01 địa chỉ trả hàng tương ứng – là địa chỉ lấy hoặc là địa chỉ trả hàng mà người gởi nhập khi tạo đơn hàng trên hệ thống của GHN.

2. Địa chỉ trả hàng và địa chỉ lấy hàng phải cùng một thành phố.

3. Mặc định hàng hóa sẽ được hoàn trả tại địa điểm lấy nếu không có địa chỉ trả hàng.

4. Không hỗ trợ việc thay đổi địa chỉ trả hàng sau khi đã tạo đơn hàng.

5. Thời gian trả hàng dự kiến:
a. Nội tỉnh/ Thành phố : tối đa 05 ngày.
b. Ngoại tỉnh : tối đa 10 ngày.
Thời gian này được tính kể từ ngày chuyển trạng thái trả hàng (không tính ngày đơn hàng được chuyển sang trạng thái trả hàng).

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Return:1. Returns:

1. Each line only 01 respective delivery address - the address is taken, or the delivery address that the sender entered the orders on the system created by GHN.

2. Address of delivery and pickup address to the same city.

3. Default merchandise will be refunded at the place without taking delivery address.

4. Does not support changing the delivery address after creating the order.

5. Expected delivery time:
a. Cabinet Provincial / City: Maximum 05 days.
B. Provinces: up to 10 days.
This period is counted from the date of transfer of delivery status (not including the date the order is transferred to the state of delivery).
