Tổng Giám đốc và các Bộ phận liên quan có trách nhiệm thi hành Nghị quyết này. Mọi quyền lợi, trách nhiệm của người lao động và của YBB được thực hiện theo quy định của pháp luật lao động.

The Director General and the relevant Department is responsible for the implementation of this resolution. All benefits, responsibilities of workers and of the YBB is done according to the rules of labour law.
