2. Jones và cs, (1978; 1979), báo cáo mối tương quan giữa nồng độ ROS và chức năng tinh trùng liên quan tới con đường peroxit hóa (lipid peroxidation cascades). Sự peroxit hóa lipid tác động đến khả năng di động và khả năng thụ tinh của tinh trùng (Alvarez và cs, 1987; Aitken và Curry, 2011). Nồng độ ROS trong tinh dịch quá mức có thể ảnh hưởng đến kết quả IVF (Sukcharoen N và cs, 1996; Ashok Agarwal, 2005). Tuy nhiên, có khá ít nghiên cứu nói về mối tương quan giữa nồng độ ROS trong tinh dịch và kết quả ICSI. Trong khi đó, số ca điều trị bằng kỹ thuật ICSI tại Việt Nam ngày càng tăng, chiếm 80-90% ca điều trị vô sinh (Hồ Mạnh Tường, 2001). Việc nghiên cứu mối tương quan giữa nồng ROS và kết quả ICSI là cần thiết, thông qua đó nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả ICSI. Trên cơ sở đó, đề tài “Khảo sát Mối tương quan giữa nồng độ ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species) trong tinh dịch người và kết quả ICSI (Intracytophasmic Sperm Injection)” được thực hiện.

2. Jones and cs, (1978; 1979), reported correlations between the concentration of ROS and sperm function in relation to the path of peroxide (lipid peroxidation cascades). The peroxide lipid chemistry impacts the ability and possibility of insemination the sperm (Alvarez and cs, 1987; Aitken and Curry, 2011). ROS concentration in semen could affect the outcome of IVF (Sukcharoen N and cs, 1996; Ashok Agarwal, 2005). However, there is quite little research says about the correlation between the concentration of ROS in the sperm and ICSI results. Meanwhile, the number of ca treatment with ICSI technique in the growing Vietnam, accounting for 80-90% of ca treatment of infertility (Outdoor Wall Strength, 2001). The study of correlation between concentration and ICSI results ROS is necessary, through which it aims to improve the effectiveness of ICSI. On that basis, the subject "survey of correlation between concentration of ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species) in the sperm and ICSI results (Intracytophasmic Sperm Injection)" was made.

The lipid peroxides impact on mobility and the ability of sperm fertilization (Alvarez et al, 1987; Aitken and Curry, 2011). Semen concentration in excess ROS can affect IVF results (Sukcharoen N et al, 1996; Ashok Agarwal, 2005). However, there are very few studies about the relationship between the concentration of ROS in semen and results of ICSI. Meanwhile, the number of cases treated with ICSI technique in Vietnam is increasing, accounting for 80-90% of cases of infertility treatment (Ho Manh Tuong, 2001). The study of the correlation between the concentration of ROS and results of ICSI is necessary, through which to improve the efficiency of ICSI. On this basis, the project "Survey correlation between the concentration of ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species) in human semen and result ICSI (Sperm Injection Intracytophasmic)" is performed.
