22. Cán bộ quản lý, giám sát kỹ thuật chủ đầu tư (sau đây viết tắt là : GSKTCĐT) có trách nhiệm theo dõi, kiểm tra, xác định khối lượng và chất lượng các công việc do nhà thầu thực hiện đúng theo thiết kế và các quy trình quy phạm hiện hành.
