- Nếu Bên A bàn giao xe không đúng tiến độ của hợp đồng (do lỗi của Bên A), thì Bên A sẽ phải chịu phạt lãi suất do chậm trả là: 1,5%/tháng/số ngày chậm giao, nhưng không được phép chậm tiếp quá 05 ngày.
