Đây không phải là điều kiện bắt buộc đối với ngân hàng nhưng nếu có một trung tâm quản lý về người tiêu dùng luôn cập nhật đầy đủ về các đặc điểm như thu nhập, việc làm... thì sẽ rất thuận lợi cho ngân hàng trong việc quản lý và tìm kiểm khách hàng, ở các nước mà dịch vụ cho vay tiêu dùng phát triển thì có trung tâm quản lý riêng về khách hàng, tạo thuận lợi cho ngân hàng khi quyết định cho khách hàng vay vốn.
