Bước tiếp theo kiểm định nhân tố khám phá (EFA):
Kiểm định tính thích hợp của mô hình
Kiểm định Bartlett về tương quan của các biến quan sát.
Dựa theo tiêu chuẩn Eigenvalu( Eigenvalu >1 thì giữ lại mô hình), kết quả cho thấy có 6 nhóm nhân tố được rút ra. Phần trăm tích lũy cho biết 6 nhóm nhân tố này sẽ giải thích được 58.5% biến thiên của dữ liệu. Và kết quả này đạt yêu cầu.
Bao gồm các nhóm nhân tố được đặt tên như sau:
1- Thái độ và phong cách phục vụ
2- Vị trí và khuôn viên
3- Giá
4- Chăm sóc khách hàng
5- Thói quen và sở thích tiêu dùng
6-Hình ảnh
