Điều 2: Thanh Toán
- Giá trị Hợp đồng đã ký: 46.750.000 đồng
- Trong quá trình thực hiện, bên A có điều chỉnh tăng số lượng cụ thể như sau:
210 chiếc x 195.000 đồng = 40.950.000 đồng. Vậy nên:
- Tổng giá trị mới phải thanh toán và thanh lý là: 48.895.000 đồng
(Bốn mươi tám triệu tám trăm chín mươi lăm ngàn đồng chẵn)

Căn cứ Biên bản thanh lý này, Bên A thanh toán cho Bên B tổng giá trị mới của Hợp đồng trong vòng 05 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được Thanh lý hợp đồng này cùng hóa đơn giá trị gia tăng do Bên B xuất.

Điều 3: Đánh giá chung
 Bên B đã thực hiện xong trách nhiệm ghi trong Hợp đồng.
 Bên A đã nghiệm thu sản phẩm.
 Biên bản thanh lý hợp đồng gồm 01 trang, 03 điều, được lập thành 02 bản, mỗi bên giữ 01 bản có giá trị pháp lý như nhau và có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký.
