Đối với hàng từ nước ngoài đưa vào

Đối với hàng từ nước ngoài đưa vào kho ngoại quan, hồ sơ khai báo gồm: hợp đồng thuê kho ngoại quan, tờ khai hải quan và các chứng từ cần thiết khác.
* Đối với hàng hoá từ Việt Nam đưa vào kho ngoại quan: chủ hàng hoặc đại diện hợp pháp của chủ hàng phải làm đầy đủ thủ tục hải quan như đối với hàng hoá xuất khẩu theo quy định của pháp luật trước khi gửi hàng hoá vào kho ngoại quan; hồ sơ phải nộp: hợp đồng thuê kho ngoại quan, tờ khai hải quan hàng hoá xuất khẩu đã làm xong thủ tục hải quan, tờ khai hàng đưa vào kho ngoại quan và các chứng từ cần thiết khác.
* Đối với hàng hóa đưa ra nước ngoài, hồ sơ phải nộp: tờ khai xuất khẩu; giấy ủy quyền xuất hàng; phiếu xuất kho.
* Hàng hoá từ kho ngoại quan nhập khẩu vào thị trường Việt Nam phải làm đầy đủ thủ tục hải quan, nộp thuế, thực hiện chính sách quản lý xuất nhập khẩu như đối với hàng hoá nhập khẩu từ nước ngoài vào Việt Nam.
