Ngay sau khi tốt nghiệp tiến sĩ, tôi trở về tiếp tục giảng dạy tại cơ quan cũ (Khoa Nông học, trường Đại học Nông Lâm Thái Nguyên), vừa kết hợp trở lại Nhật Bản ngắn hạn để tiếp tục các vấn đề nghiên cứu mà bản thân quan tâm và rất có ý nghĩa với Việt Nam. Phát triển các nghiên cứu trong thời gian học tập tại Nhật Bản, tôi tiếp tục hướng nghiên cứu ứng dụng nhằm mục tiêu chọn tạo các giống cây ăn quả không hạt và các hướng thâm canh tăng năng suất cây ăn quả, giảm bớt lượng hạt trong quả, nghiên cứu của tôi xác định được hướng tạo quả không hạt ở cây ăn quả bao gồm:

Shortly after graduation, I returned to continue teaching at the old Agency (Faculty of Agronomy, University of agriculture and Forestry), just combine back Japan short term to continue the research issues that concern themselves and very meaningful with Vietnam.
