Bước 3: Quyết định cấp tín dụng
Sau khi đã hoàn tất các bước phân tích tín dụng, cán bộ tín dụng sẽ lập báo cáo đề xuất tín dụng. Báo cáo đề xuất tín dụng gồm các nội dung sau: đánh giá chung khách hàng, phân tích tình hình tài chính khách hàng, chấm điểm tín dụng khách hàng, thẩm định phương án sản xuất kinh doanh, xem xét mức độ phù hợp của từng khoản vay với quy định hiện hành của pháp luật và chính sách của ngân hàng, đề xuất cấp tín dụng đối với khách hàng.

The proposed credit report includes the following: General evaluation customer, analyze customer financial status, credit scoring, customer due diligence business approach, considering the relevance of each loan with the current provisions of the law and policy of the Bank credit level, proposals for clients.

Step 3: The decision granting credit
After completing these steps the credit analysis, loan officer will make reports on the proposed credit. Proposed credit report includes the following: general customer assessment, financial analysis of the customer, customer credit scoring, evaluating business plans for production, considering the relevance of each loan with the current provisions of the laws and policies of the bank, proposed granting credit to customers.
