Kính gửi Bà Carol Miler
Lời đầu tiên, thay mặt Làng Hy Vọng tôi xin chân thành cảm ơn bà và những người bạn của bà đã luôn tài trợ và đồng hành cùng Làng Hy Vọng trong thời gian vừa qua.
Trong năm học 2015-2016 Làng Hy Vọng đang gặp rất nhiều khó khăn về vấn đề tài chính vì Tổ chức EMW sẽ không tài trợ kinh phí cho Làng bắt đầu từ tháng 6/2016 và kinh phí của Hội Nhật cũng giảm vì đồng tiền Yên bị mất giá. Trong những thời điểm khó khăn chồng chất khó khăn này, bà và những người bạn của bà đã cố gắng vận động để giúp đỡ cho Làng Hy Vọng vượt qua chặng đường khó khăn này để các em tiếp tục được sống ở Làng Hy Vọng. Để các em có cuộc sống ổn định và tiếp tục học hành và trở thành người có ích cho gia đình và xã hội.
Bao nhiêu năm qua bà đã dõi theo thừng bước đi của từng đứa trẻ lớn dần rồi thành đạt. Niềm hạnh phúc đó không sao tả xiết! Đứng trước những khó khăn của Làng Hy Vọng bà đã không quản ngày đêm , không chút nghỉ ngơi, bà đã làm được điều mà chúng tôi tưởng chừng như không thể. Chỉ mới hơn 3 tháng mà số tiền bị cắt giảm đã được bà nhanh chóng huy động gửi về cho Làng... Làng Hy vọng của chúng tôi như đươc thắp sáng trở lại.
Chúng tôi thực sự ngưỡng mộ và khâm phục bà cùng những người bạn của bà, dù ở tận nước Mỹ xa xôi nhưng tình yêu thương của bà giành cho các em ở Làng Hy vọng vẫn đong đầy. Các trẻ em VOH, nhân viên và tôi đều đánh giá cao sự đóng góp dù lơn hay nhỏ của bà và các bạn của bà. Một lần nữa tôi xin chân thành cảm ơn bà rất nhiều!.
