Tôi không rành tiếng anh nhiều, nên tôi không biết bạn có hiểu hết tất cả những gì tôi sẽ nói hay không?
Tôi vào làm tại công ty từ tháng 5 đến nay. Trong đó, có hai tháng là thử việc, công ty và sếp có hứa là sẽ ký hợp đồng lao động đóng bảo hiểm xã hội cho tôi.
Tôi không biết đối với bên bạn thế nào về việc đóng bảo hiểm cho nhân viên, nhưng ở nước tôi có lại quyền lợi cho người lao động và là nghĩa vụ của người làm chủ.
Với mức lương hiện tại thì tôi chỉ đủ trang trải cuộc sống chứ không dư để có thể để dành khi tôi về già được.
Tôi cần đóng bảo hiểm xã hội vì đó là quyền lợi của tôi để tôi có thể hưởng lương hưu khi tôi về già.
Tiền lương hưu ở nước tôi rất quan trọng đối với những người lao động và nhất là những người dân có thu nhập thấp giống như tôi hiện nay.
Tôi lấy làm biết ơn và cảm ơn bạn về việc bạn đã thay tôi nói với sếp về vấn đề này.
