12.3. Chủ Đầu Tư không chịu trách nhiệm hoặc hậu quả nào từ việc khiếu nại rằng bất cứ bản vẽ, thuyết minh tính toán, báo cáo, chi tiết thiết kế, hoặc các tài liệu khác theo Hợp Đồng này đã vi phạm bản quyền hay quyền sở hữu trí tuệ của một cá nhân hay bên thứ ba nào khác.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

12.3. The owner is not responsible for any consequences or from complaints that any drawing, presentation, report, design details, or other documents under this Contract has violated copyright or intellectual property rights of another person or any other third party.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

12.3. Investor is not responsible or consequences from the complaint that any drawings, calculation notes, reports, detailed design, or other materials under this Agreement violates copyright or rights intellectual property of any individual or other third parties.

Kết quả (Anh) 3:

12.3. The boss or an irresponsible consequence of the investment, from the complaint said any drawing, proof of theoretical calculations, reports, detailed design documents, or in other contracts breach copyright or intellectual property rights of individuals or other third parties.
