Đây cũng là một điểm yếu trong tôi, khi tôi gặp một vấn đề rắc rối khó giải quyết nào đó tôi bị stress đôi khi không giải quyết vấn đề nhanh và sau đó tôi giao lại trách nhiệm cho người khác để trốn tránh trách nhiệm của bản thân. nhiều khi tôi giải quyết vấn đề một cách quá nhanh khi chưa kịp phân tích vấn đề đó một cách rõ ràng chính xác dẫn đến những kết quả chưa thật hoàn hảo khi mà có thể làm được hơn thế. đây là một kỹ năng rất quan trọng của người quản lý vì khi người dẫn đầu không có khả năng chính xác thì mọi người sẽ không tin tưởng và nghe theo , ngoài ra nếu không cải thiện kỹ năng này nhiều khi sẽ gây tổn hại đến cho công ty cũng như người khác . Qua đó tôi quyết định giải quyết vấn đề theo những bước sau để có một quyết định đúng đắn. đầu tiên sẽ tìm hiểu rõ nguồn gốc vấn đề sau đó phân tích vấn đề nhìn nhận từ nhiều khía cạnh khác nhau đề ra mục tiêu và cuối cùng là chọn giải pháp.
