2.1 Hai Bên cam kết thực hiện đúng các nội dung trên, trong quá trình thực hiện nếu có khó khăn, vướng mắc hai Bên có thể bàn bạc, thảo luận thống nhất để tìm ra phương thức tối ưu nhất nhằm tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho hoạt động kinh doanh của hai Bên. Nếu một trong hai Bên có nhu cầu sửa đổi, bổ sung Phụ lục này thì hai Bên sẽ thống nhất bằng văn bản.
