Người Lao Động không được phép tiết

Người Lao Động không được phép tiết lộ các bí mật kinh doanh, hoặc có bất kỳ hành vi nào gây thiệt hại nghiêm trọng về tài sản lợi ích của Cty. Khi chưa có sự chấp thuận của Ban Giám Đốc, người lao động không được cung cấp các văn bản, dữ liệu và thông tin liên quan đến bí mật về sản xuất, kinh doanh, công nghệ của Công ty hay tiền lương của mình hoặc tiền lương của đồng nghiệp (đối với Người lao động làm công tác nhân sự tiền lương) cho đồng nghiệp khác hoặc người ngoài Công ty, đối thủ cạnh tranh hay người lao động không được ủy quyền. Người lao động không được để bất cứ giấy tờ, tài liệu bảo mật ở những vị trí mà không đảm bảo được tính bảo mật.

Without the approval of the Board of Directors, the employees are not provided documents, data and information relating to confidential manufacturing, business and technology of the company or their wages or colleague's salary (for Employees working personnel salaries) for other colleagues or people outside the company, competitors or employees shall not be authorized. Workers should not be any papers or documents in the secure position that does not guarantee security.
