Đặc biệt, thị trường xe tay ga đã có bước tăng trưởng rõ rệt, đạt 750.000 xe (tăng 70% so với năm 2008) )- con số tính theo sản lượng thực tế của 4 DN FDI sản xuất tại Việt Nam, chưa kể các loại xe tay ga nhập khẩu cao cấp khác
