10.5. Trường hợp chấm dứt hợp đô

10.5. Trường hợp chấm dứt hợp đồng:
 Nếu bên A chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn thì bên A sẽ phải thông báo trước cho bên B bằng văn bản ít nhất 1 (Một) tháng trước thời điểm kết thúc hợp đồng trước hạn. Nếu thời hạn thanh lý hợp đồng nằm trong một đợt thanh toán nào thì Bên A sẽ có trách nhiệm thanh toán toàn bộ chi phí cho đợt thanh toán đó (3 tháng).
 Nếu bên B chấm dứt hợp đồng trước hạn thì bên B có trách nhiệm thông báo cho bên A bằng văn bản ít nhất 1 (Một) tháng trước khi thanh lý hợp đồng và chấm dứt dịch vụ với bên A. Trong trường hợp bên B thông báo chấm dứt hợp đồng với bên A trong kỳ thanh toán thì bên A sẽ không phải trả chi phí cho kỳ thanh toán đó (3 tháng).
