Trong trường hợp chậm trả tiền( nếu có), người mua sẽ chuyển cho người bán số tiền lãi tính từ ngày xuất trình chứng từ đến ngân hàng tại Singapore đến ngày nhận được thực sự toàn bộ số tiền; tiền lãi sẽ được tính bằng lãi suất Libor( 6 tháng) cộng 1.5%.

In case of slow paying (if available), buyer will transfer to the seller the amount of interest calculated from the date of identification to the Bank in Singapore to date really the full amount; interest will be calculated by using the interest rate of Libor (6 months) plus 1.5%.
