Tôi còn nhớ một lần, lúc tôi sáu tuổi, tôi là một đứa trẻ ốm yếu. Mẹ phải đưa đón tôi mỗi ngày, nhưng hôm ấy bỗng dưng trời mưa to, kéo dài. Mẹ vội vàng chạy đến trường để đón tôi. Cái áo mưa chỉ đủ để che cho một người, mẹ nhường nó cho tôi. Tôi đã sử dụng áo mưa mà không suy nghĩ gì. Về nhà, trời đã tối. Cơn mưa vẫn còn nặng hạt. Nó kéo dài ghê thật!

vào bữa tối, tôi ngồi ăn cơm với mẹ, trông mẹ có vẻ mệt mỏi. Thấy tôi buồn, mẹ tôi bảo: ‘tôi không sao,tôi chỉ hơi mệt thôi’. Sau bữa tối, mẹ làm việc tới khuya.

Và ngày hôm sau mẹ không đến trường đón tôi. Tôi nhanh chóng đi về nhà thì tôi được biết mẹ tôi phải nhập viện vì cảm nặng. Tôi cuống cuồng chạy vào bệnh viện, nhìn gương mặt mẹ mệt mỏi, xanh xao, tôi thấy lòng mình đau nhói. Mẹ phải nằm viện một tuần lễ.

Câu chuyện diễn ra chỉ có vậy, nhưng đối với tôi là một kỉ niệm về tình mẹ cao quý.
Cho đến bây giờ thời gian dù có qua đi nhưng kỉ niệm của tôi về mẹ không phôi pha. Đối với tôi, mẹ là tất cả, là sự sống của đời tôi.
