Trong suốt thời hạn hợp đồng, nếu vì những nguyên nhân khách quan hoặc chủ quan (không phải do lỗi của bên A) khiến cho bên A không thể tiếp tục sử dụng trại thuê/không thể khai thác tài sản thuê/nhận lợi ích từ tài sản thuê thì bên B phải hoàn trả lại toàn bộ khoản tiền thuê mà bên A đã trả trước cho bên B trong vòng 3 ngày kể từ ngày bên A thông báo.
