Để đáp ứng việc triển khai thực hiện hiệu quả hoạt động nhập khẩu và phân phối hàng hóa của Công Ty trong thời gian tới, Nhà đầu tư tiến hành thủ tục xin cấp Giấy chứng nhận đầu tư và Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp được thực hiện quyền nhập khẩu, quyền phân phối bán buôn (không thành lập cơ sở bán buôn), quyền phân phối bán lẻ (không thành lập cơ sở bán lẻ). Nhà đầu tư cam kết sau khi được cấp Giấy chứng nhận đầu tư và Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp sẽ thực hiện quyền nhập khẩu, quyền phân phối trên cơ sở phù hợp với cam kết mở cửa thị trường về hình thức đầu tư trong lĩnh vực nhập khẩu và phân phối nêu trên.
