Bên Mua đồng ý rằng đặc thù của Tòa Nhà là tòa tháp căn hộ cao cấp, được cung cấp các dịch vụ cao cấp để đảm bảo môi trường sống có chất lượng cao cho cư dân của Tòa Nhà,do vậy, trước khi Ban Quản trị được thành lập, Bên Mua cam kết rằng sẽ chấp thuận sử dụng các dịch vụ cao cấp được cung cấp cho Tòa Nhà cũng như chấp thuận Công Ty Quản Lý do Bên Bán chỉ định và sẽ thanh toán mức Phí Quản Lý Vận Hành Nhà Chung Cư tương ứng như với dịch vụ quản lý cao cấp theo quy định của Bên Bán phù hợp với quy định về mức phí quản lý vận hành Nhà Chung Cư (nếu có) của Uỷ ban nhân dân tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc trung ương nơi có Nhà Chung Cư, trừ trường hợp các Bên có thỏa thuận khác.
