+ Phòng Kế hoạch : tham mưu cho gi¸m ®èc trong các lĩnh vực về nghiên cứu thị trường, kinh tế và kế hoạch.
- Nhiệm vụ :
Nghiên cứu thị trường xây dựng, xây dựng các định hướng sản xuất, kinh doanh, lập kế hoạch sản xuất ngắn hạn và dài hạn nhằm đáp ứng yêu cầu của công ty. Tiến hành các hoạt động tìm kiếm cơ hội về việc làm, cơ hội về đầu tư. Tổ chức các nghiệp vụ, hoạt động đấu thầu tính toán giá cả, thương lượng và chuẩn bị nội dung các hợp đồng kinh tế. Quản lý việc thực hiện định mức kinh tế trong toàn đơn vị
+ Phòng tài chính kế toán: Tổ chức thực hiện các hoạt động nghiệp vụ tài chính, yêu cầu tài chính cho sản xuất kinh doanh, phản ánh kịp thời chính xác các nghiệp vụ kinh tế phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất kinh doanh, phân tích đánh giá, tham mưu cho Giám đốc về lĩnh vực kinh tế tài chính.
- Nghiệp vụ :
 Quản lý các nguồn vốn, cân đối, sử dụng các nguồn vốn hợp lý, hiệu quả trên cơ sở tuân thủ pháp luật
 Tạo nguồn tài chính phục vụ kịp thời SXKD
 Tổ chức việc thu hồi vốn ( công nợ ) từ khách hàng, thanh lý hợp đồng cho các đơn vị và các bộ phận
 Thực hiện chế độ báo cáo định kỳ và đột xuất ( theo đúng, quy định của pháp luật ) đối với các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước, theo yêu cầu của Giám đốc.
