BAN HÀNH DANH MỤC CÔNG VIỆC CÓ YÊU CẦU NGHIÊM NGẶT VỀ AN TOÀN, VỆ SINH LAO ĐỘNG
Căn cứ Luật an toàn, vệ sinh lao động số 84/2015/QH13 ngày 25 tháng 6 năm 2015;
Căn cứ Nghị định số 106/2012/NĐ-CP ngày 20 tháng 12 năm 2012 của Chính phủ quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của Bộ Lao động - Thương binh và Xã hội;
Theo đề nghị của Cục trưởng Cục An toàn lao động,
Sau khi có ý kiến của các bộ quản lý ngành, lĩnh vực có liên quan, Bộ trưởng Bộ Lao động - Thương binh và Xã hội ban hành Thông tư ban hành Danh mục công việc có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn, vệ sinh lao động.
Điều 1. Danh mục công việc có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn, vệ sinh lao động
1. Ban hành kèm theo Thông tư này Danh mục công việc có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn, vệ sinh lao động.
2. Thông tư này áp dụng đối với các đối tượng quy định tại Điều 2 Luật an toàn, vệ sinh lao động trừ đối tượng là người lao động Việt Nam đi làm việc tại nước ngoài theo hợp đồng.
Điều 2. Điều khoản thi hành
1. Thông tư này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày 01 tháng 8 năm 2016. Danh mục công việc có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn, vệ sinh lao động ban hành kèm theo Thông tư này thay thế Danh mục công việc có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn lao động, vệ sinh lao động ban hành kèm theo Thông tư số 27/2013/TT-BLĐTBXH ngày 18 tháng 10 năm 2013 của Bộ Lao động - Thương binh và Xã hội.
2. Danh mục công việc có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn lao động, vệ sinh lao động ban hành kèm theo Thông tư số 27/2013/TT-BLĐTBXH ngày 18 tháng 10 năm 2013 của Bộ Lao động - Thương binh và Xã hội tiếp tục thực hiện đến ngày 31 tháng 7 năm 2016.
3. Trong quá trình thực hiện, nếu có vướng mắc đề nghị phản ánh về Bộ Lao động - Thương binh và Xã hội để nghiên cứu, giải quyết./.

Article 2. Implementing provisions
1 . This Circular takes effect from August 1, 2016. The list of jobs with strict requirements on safety, occupational health, issued together with this Circular replace the list of jobs with strict requirements on occupational safety, occupational health, issued Circular No. 27/2013 / TT-MOLISA October 18, 2013 of the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs.
2. Job categories require strict occupational safety, occupational health, issued Circular No. 27/2013 / TT-MOLISA October 18, 2013 of the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs to till the July 31, 2016.
3. In the course of implementation, if any problems arise, to the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs for study and settlement. /.
