Ở Imexpharm, ngoài một số nguyên vật liệu cần phải kiểm nghiệm trước khi nhập kho, một số nguyên vật liệu do có những đặc tính riêng – yêu cầu về bảo quản. Khi mua hàng về, nguyên vật liệu sẽ được chuyển trực tiếp về kho nguyên liệu ở trạng thái sẵn sàng sử dụng. Khi bắt đầu sử dụng nguyên vật liệu này, bộ phận QC sẽ tiến hành kiểm nghiệm dựa vào kết quả kiểm nghiệm mà bộ phận QA sẽ ra quyết định tiếp tục sản xuất hay dừng chuyền sản xuất
