Trên cơ sở nghiên cứu về một số hình thức thanh toán trực tuyến và thực trạng thanh toán học phí và các khoản phí các trường cao đẳng, đại học. Tác giả đề xuất và xây dựng thành công hệ thống thanh toán trực tuyến cho website đăng ký học tín chỉ của trường Đại học Công nghệ thông tin và Truyền thông – Thái Nguyên. Tác giả áp dụng hình thức thanh toán qua hệ thống ví điện tử cho hệ thống, nhằm hỗ trợ nhà trường giảm tải trong quá trình thu học phí và các khoản phí.

Based on the research of some form of online payment and status of payment of tuition and fees, graduate colleges. The author suggested and successfully built online payment system for website registration credits by the University of information technology and communication-Taiyuan. The author applies the payment through the system for electronic systems, to support the school reduce the load in the process of collecting fees and charges.
