Trang gửi email này có vài vấn đề như sau :
1. Tạm thời trang sẽ phụ trách tổng hợp Daily Manpower và OT sheet một thời gian .
2. Mọi người lưu ý dùm vấn đề như sau : bảng Daily Manpower chỉ cập nhật ngày làm việc bình thường chứ không bao gồm over time,ví dụ theo quy định, thứ 7 ngày 7/2 làm 0.5 ngày thì chỉ ghi 0.5 ngày thôi, nếu có tăng ca thì vẫn ghi 0.5 ngày kèm theo bảng OT sheet chứ không thể ghi tròn 1 ngày được. Với ngày chủ nhật là ngay nghỉ nên ko ghi vào daily Manpower, nếu tăng ca thì gửi kèm bảng OT sheet nhé.
3. Về Thời gian theo trang thì mọi người gửi bảng daily manpower hàng ngày nhé. Và thứ 2 hàng tuần mọi ngưởi gửi dùm trang bang OT sheet của tuần trước nhé.
4. Vấn đề quan trọng : phòng Admin thông báoTừ hôm nay trở đi, khi bất kì ai xin nghỉ phép bắt buộc phải làm đơn xin nghỉ phép theo mẫu có sẵn nộp về phòng Admin , nếu không có đơn nghỉ phép thì sẽ bị trừ trực tiếp vào lương của tháng dù còn ngày phép. Mong mọi người thông báo dùm đến đồng nghiệp trong Team.
5. Mọi người vui lòng gửi gấp dùm trang bảng Manpower đến ngày 9.2 và bảng OT Sheet nhé.
