*Làm thủ tục check in cho khách:
+ Gọi lên Housekeeping để thông báo check in phòng số…
+ Mượn passport của khách:
- Nếu là khách do công ty thanh toán tiền phòng thì có thể trả lại Passport để tiện cho khách đi lại sau khi đã lấy đủ thông tin khai báo. Thường là hẹn khách sau một đến hai tiếng tuỳ theo khả năng hoàn thành hoặc mức độ cần thiết của khách.
- Nếu là khách tự thanh toán, ta phải giữ lại passport của khách để chắc chắn rằng khách sẽ thanh toán. Khéo léo thông báo nếu khách cần passport thì khách sẽ phải đặt cọc/hoặc thanh toán tiền phòng theo yêu cầu của khách sạn.
- Nếu là khách Việt Nam chỉ dùng CMT thì yêu cầu khách đặt cọc hoặc thanh toán hết tiền phòng trước nếu có thể.
Chú ý: khi nhận passport hoặc giấy tờ tuỳ thân của khách ta phải đánh số phòng vào để tiện cho việc quản lý và return cho khách. Tránh trường hợp trả nhầm cho khách khác hoặc tệ hơn là quên không trả cho khách. Passport sẽ được xếp theo thứ tự để tiện cho việc tìm kiếm.
+Yêu cầu khách ký vào Resistation Form để xác nhận việc khách có ở khách sạn( đặc biệt đối với khách do T/A hoặc Company thanh toán). Các thông tin khác ta sẽ hoàn thiện sau.

- If the customer is paid by the company, they may return the room for guests' Passport travel after obtaining sufficient information to declare. Usually a guest appointment after one and two hours, depending on the ability to accomplish or the extent required customer.
- If you are self-pay, we must retain the passports of visitors to ensure that guests will pay. Skillfully notice if guests need a passport, the customer will pay a deposit / or the room charge at the request of the hotel.
- If this is Vietnam CMT shall only require a deposit or full payment in advance if the room rate can.
Note: When a passport or identity papers of visitors have room numbered for ease in management and return to the hotel. Avoid paying the wrong case for other guests or worse, forgot to pay for guests. Passport will be ranked in order to ease the search.
+ Ask guests to sign a form confirming Resistation guests at the hotel (especially for guests by the T / A or Company payment). Other information will complete later.
