VSD đã xây dựng Quy chế trả lương cho người lao động quy định thống nhất các nguyên tắc, nội dung phân phối, quản lý tiền lương cho người lao động phù hợp với các chủ trương, chính sách, quy định hiện hành của Nhà nước và kết quả hoạt động kinh doanh của VSD. Việc trả lương phải đánh giá đúng trình độ, năng lực, hiệu quả làm việc của người lao động, đảm bảo việc trả lương công bằng, tương xứng với mức độ đóng góp của từng cá nhân đối với hoạt động chung của VSD. Cơ cấu tiền lương và thu nhập của người lao động tại VSD bao gồm tiền lương cơ bản, thu nhập tăng thêm, lương hiệu suất quý, năm các khoản phụ cấp, lương làm thêm giờ và các khoản mang tính chất lương (nếu có).

The wages and incomes of workers at the VSD include basic salary, extra income, quarterly performance pay, allowances, overtime wages and salaries in nature (if any).
