Therefore, this study was conducted with the main objectives are to: assess the level of satisfaction of patients about the quality of medical services in the SERVQUAL model in Taiwan clinic Brooch Vinh Long province. The research was done in two steps: qualitative research and quantitative research. Qualitative research results have to adjust and add some variables into the model of the proposed research. Quantitative research is conducted through the 253 patients to the doctor at the clinic. The subject using the analysis methods such as descriptive statistics, reviews the reliability of scales through Cronbach alpha coefficient; explore factors analysis, regression analysis, T-test and ANOVA. The results showed that there are six factors affecting patient's satisfaction in the quality of services according to the degree of influence is on the decline: the image clinic, capacity, use trust, assurance, tangible media and finally price. And patient satisfaction in the quality of services at the clinic is relatively high. Research results also showed no differences in personal characteristics and types of services to the satisfaction of the patient.This study shows that for the clinic to work more effectively and more development, the need to improve the elements of the elements: pictures of the clinic, the capacity of service, trust, guarantee, pricing, and finally the tangible media, to improve the level of satisfaction of patients about the quality of medical services. Research recommendations on recruiting more qualified doctors, regular training for staff of medical doctors clinic.
