Hợp đồng bảo trì hệ thống báo cháy

I. Các căn cứ để ký kết hợp đồng:
- Căn cứ Luật thương mại số 36/2005QHH-XI ngày 14 tháng 6 năm 2005 của Quốc hội nước Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam;
- Căn cứ Luật Phòng cháy và chữa cháy số 27/2001/QH10 ngày 29 tháng 6 năm 2001 và Luật sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Luật Phòng cháy và chữa cháy số 40/2013/QH13 ngày 22 tháng 11 năm 2013 của Quốc hội nước Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam;
- Căn cứ Nghị định số 79/2014/NĐ-CP ngày 31 tháng 7 năm 2014 của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết thi hành một số điều của Luật Phòng cháy và chữa cháy và Luật sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Luật Phòng cháy và chữa cháy;
- Căn cứ báo giá số 1310/2015/BG ngày 13/10/2015 về việc kiểm tra, sửa chữa và bảo trì hệ thống báo cháy do công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư và Phát triển Công nghệ 286 lập đã được Chi nhánh công ty TNHH Tenma (HCM) Việt Nam chấp thuận;
- Căn cứ vào khả năng và nhu cầu của hai bên;
