Lấy mẫu tại nơi bảo quản, bốc dỡ hay vận chuyển, tại từng điểm (hoặc sau từng thiết bị) trong quá trình sản xuất, tại điểm nhập nguyên liệu và xuất thành phẩm.
1.4.1.2 Kiểm tra sơ bộ lô sản phẩm.
Trước khi lấy mẫu phải kiểm tra sơ bộ tính đồng nhất của lô hàng dựa theo các quy định chung và đối chiếu với hồ sơ lô hàng kèm theo và kiểm tra đầy đủ tình trạng bao bì trong lô hàng đó.
