Liên quan đến tổn thất máy gia nhiệt của Kazaki, ngày 25/06/1016 giám định viên EIC đã đến Công ty Kazaki để giám định bổ sung và thu thập các thông tin từ những người chứng kiến trực tiếp. Qua các thông tin và kiểm tra thực tế, chúng tôi cho rằng đã xảy ra sự cố cháy hệ thống điện của máy gia nhiệt mà nguyên nhân phát sinh từ việc phóng điện tại bảng phân phối nguồn điện, gây ra cháy dây dẫn và phát lửa.
Qua đánh giá bên ngoài, chúng tôi nhận định sự cố có thể chỉ gây ra hư hỏng đối với dây dẫn điện mà không hư hỏng các cụm chi tiết cơ khí và mạch điện tử và có thể sửa chữa được.
Vì vậy EIC đề nghị nhà máy chủ động tìm kiếm đơn vị sửa chữa để kiểm tra, lập phương án và báo giá khắc phục.
