- Công tác tại Dự án thủy điện XAYABURY tại nước Lào cho Công ty CP Xây dựng và Nhân lực Việt Nam (CM Việt Nam).
Nhiệm vụ:
- Giám sát các tổ đội thầu phụ thi công bê tông đập (các trụ, sân tiêu năng, đập tràn) đảm bảo yêu cầu kỹ thuật, tiến độ và tuyệt đối an toàn lao động dưới sự giám sát của nhà thầu chính Thái Lan (Ch. Karnchang).
- Làm việc với các Kỹ sư và giám sát của Thái Lan về các vấn đề triển khai thi công, bố trí máy móc thiết bị, điều chỉnh bản vẽ thiết kế cho phù hợp với thực tế thi công.
- Tham mưu cho Ban quản lý dự án các vấn đề về khối lượng và đơn giá giao khoán cho các tổ đội thầu phụ.

*) From March to August 2014, 2014: -Work in hydropower projects in Laos XAYABURY for construction joint stock company and Vietnam (Vietnam CM).Mission:-The monitoring team of the concrete dam construction subcontracting (the head, goal, beating spill) ensure technical requirements, progress and absolute safety under the supervision of the main contractors in Thailand (ch. Karnchang).-Work with engineers and Thailand's supervision on issues of construction, machinery and equipment layout, adjust the design drawing to match the reality.-Advised project management issues of volume and unit price for the bid team.

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the nest the concrete subcontractor dam construction (piers, peppered field, spillway) ensure technical requirements, progress and absolute safety under the supervision of the main contractor Thailand (Ch. Karnchang) .
- Work with the Engineering and supervision of Thailand on issues of implementation of construction, machinery layout, design drawings adjusted to suit the actual construction.
- Advising the Board project management issues and unit volume allocated to teams as subcontractors.
