6.1 Kỳ 1: Bên A tạm ứng cho Bên B số tiền bằng 30% giá trị hợp đồng trong thời hạn 10 ngày sau khi ký hợp đồng và bên B cung cấp chứng thư bảo đảm thực hiện hợp đồng và bảo lãnh tiền tạm ứng.
6.2 Kỳ 2: Bên A thanh toán cho Bên B đến 80% giá trị hợp đồng trong thời hạn 10 ngày sau khi thiết bị được chuyển đến chân công trình. Trong kỳ này Bên A thu hồi toàn bộ tiền tạm ứng.
