Trong trường hợp bên vi phạm không

Trong trường hợp bên vi phạm không khắc phục hoặc không khắc phục được vi phạm trong vòng 15 (mười lăm) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận được thông báo, Bên còn lại (Bên bị vi phạm) có quyền đơn phương chấm dứt Hợp Đồng. Bên vi phạm phải chịu trách nhiệm bồi thường các thiệt hại (nếu có) xảy ra.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

In case the parties violated no fix or not fix the violation within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of the notice, the remaining Parties (the party violated) has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract.
