- Trường hợp bên mua chậm thanh toá

- Trường hợp bên mua chậm thanh toán theo Hợp đồng này thì Bên mua phải chịu khoản phạt bằng 0,15%/tổng số tiền chậm thanh toán theo Hợp đồng cho mỗi ngày trễ hạn. Việc thanh toán tiền phạt phải được thực hiện trong vòng 03 ngày kể từ ngày hết hạn thanh toán của hóa đơn GTGT.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
