Thanks for your reply and let’s do step 1 and 2 first.

However, I am now facing with 1 problem.

My current Visa has expired on 3rd Sep…. (please see attached) as I thought the Visa expiry will be the same as my work permit expiry date which is 25 Oct 2016 and I overlooked the visa date, which mean now I am over-stay in Vietnam, right? In this case, can you also help me to do an extension of my Visa to cover the duration of applying for the new Work Permit and Temp Residence card (probably 1 or 2 months right?)

Please also apply for Temp Residence card for me and let me know what documents I need to submit?
